I recently hired Legacy Moving to assist me in relocating a vintage mahogany bookshelf, which is quite large at 78x85x20 inches. From the beginning, the owner and his helper demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. They carefully disassembled the top and bottom of the bookshelf and wrapped each piece with great attention to detail, ensuring its safety during transportation.Their pricing was very reasonable, and I truly appreciated their friendly and social demeanor throughout the process. Putting down another moving company doesn't make us want to use Legacy Moving St George. While at a neighbors home, who was getting a quote from someone from Legacy, it came up that we were moving. The person from Legacy asked if we had a moving company yet and I said we did. He asked which one? I told him, then he proceeded to bad mouth them by first saying he hated them. Then he said they don't have a license or insurance, which is completely not true. He again asked if we wanted a quote and I said that I had already given the other company a deposit. He still continued negative remarks and as I walked away from him my thought was that I wouldn't call Legacy for any reason just because of him.

Called Legacy Moving last minute when I realized I couldn’t get everything out of my apartment by myself in 2 days. They were very friendly and helpful and got me squeezed in next day! Came on time, got all my stuff loaded and moved into my storage unit no problem. They were really amazing in working with me! Troy was absolutely fantastic and Greg was a BEAST! They got me all moved out and in my storage unit in 2 hours! Price was reasonable, especially with given how short of a notice they were given. Would highly recommend!!

Great job moving with no broken or damages. The only negative is that the estimate was pretty far off by 1/3. These 5 guys never stoped and hustled the entire time but at a bill rate of $70 per hour per man going 4 hours over changes the price substantially. I moved and removed from their estimate a lot of bulk but maybe not much time. The time was the care they took to wrap items with moving blankets. My only caution is the estimate is based on a RUFF guess and Trevor in my case was way off. Bottom line is though they got the job done. I couldn’t have done it without them.

I had a crew of 4 guys for an in-town move that took 9 hours total. Overall, they did a great job! They wrapped almost everything with moving blankets and protected my furniture and other items well. They were all very respectful and communicated clearly and professionally. I bought lunch for the crew halfway through the day, let them play whatever music they wanted through my large bluetooth speaker, and tipped them well at the end of the day.The crew was unfortunately a bit under-equipped when it comes to tools and other small equipment. They didn’t always have the proper tools to disassemble and reassemble large furniture without damaging the hardware (i.e., they resorted to needle nose pliers instead of using wrenches for loosening and tightening nuts, etc.). They also didn’t have any sliders for heavy furniture which led to them dragging the washing machine and dryer across the floor (which could have done damage) instead of safely sliding them away from the wall.I asked them to move a large metal tool chest to a room upstairs, which they weren’t sure about at first. They eventually decided that it would be possible after removing all of the drawers first to reduce the weight. While I give them full credit for the heroism and strength that it took to get the job done, they didn’t take any time to protect the corner at the top of the stairs and ended up damaging the painted wooodwork when carrying the tool chest up the stairs and around the corner. They used wall corner protectors at the old house but didn’t think to use them at a very obvious place in the new house.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and ended up getting everything moved into the correct room in a single day with minimal damage.

I had such an awesome moving experience with Legacy. Ricardo was so helpful and had a great attitude, and he is basically Hulk! He popped my upright baby grand piano on a dolly and move it around like it weighed nothing! I’ve moved 7 times in the past 6 years and I’ve never had a better experience. Brady is a wizard with fitting so much on the truck like a puzzle. The load and unload went by so fast and smooth, and they treated my things with care! I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I will definitely be using them again and referring them to everyone I know!

My parents were referred to Legacy Moving by our Realtor, and I'm so happy they went with the referral. Our story is a tough one, during the holidays one of my parents was hospitalized, we had to delay the out of state move a couple of weeks. I'm sure this caused some hardship on the business but Travis was very accomadating and extremely understanding of our personal situation. The team made it out to my parents yesterday and everything was delivered today. My Mom said Brandon went above and beyond loading everything up and driving it to St. George. I would like to thank Brandon, Branden, Brady & Kitt. Thank you for taking a stressful time and handling it with kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend this Company to anyone that has a move coming up, short or long haul. You won't be disappointed. And another thank you to Travis; thank you!UPDATE: Since this update, between me and my family members, we've probably used them 6 more times! No joke! In July 2024, they moved us and put our stuff in storage for 5 months while our home was being built, they then moved us in on 12/31/24 into our new home. They were wonderful once again. Brandon was great to work with again. We did have a little incident with an item that got damaged in storage and they were on it immediately. I used Legacy movers for the first time a few days ago. As a single woman I wanted fast efficient and experienced people to help load a rented 26 ft. U-Haul truck. The two young guys who arrived came with the right equipment but one guy in particular seemed rather sluggish. I caught him on the phone while the other was busy in addition to casually moving about. They were nice and respectful but time is money and I’ve had better after having moved 4 times in the past 4 months. While this business is very professionals I’d request a more experienced team if I use them again.

Nothing missing, nothing broken and the Final price was only about 8% higher than the original estimate.Two suggestions: First, more accurately describe the contents in each box packed and Second, when the boxes are dropped inside the house, leave some room to unpack them and to put stuff into cabinets rather than a huge pile in the middle of the kitchen. Would recommend to others.

Travis was again amazing at each step, from carefully looking at my belongings to give an accurate estimate, keeping me informed throughout and providing a great crew to pack and load. Mike was on top of everything during the packing, loading and unloading. Everything was packed well in boxes, not one thing was broken. All furniture was padded with blankets along with other loose items. Travis, Mike and the rest of the crew were professional, friendly, worked steady and hard and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I had interviewed 2 other moving companies and found Legacy to have the best price. Plus the price quoted in the beginning is the price at the end. I would highly recommend Legacy for local and long distance moves.

They did a really good job and protected everything. We recently hired Legacy Moving to help with our move. We had all of our belongings in storage awaiting the completion of our new home. All six of the movers could not have been more professional and efficient. They took great care to ensure that walls and doors were padded to avoid knicks to our new walls. Some furniture had to be moved more than once due to size. Never once did any of them complain. They graciously accomodated our requests. They moved us from Mesquite Nevada, to Sierra Vista Arizona. their rates were very fair compared to other companies that we had talk to. The drivers were on time, courteous, took extra care in wrapping and packing our belongings. They were on time both picking up and dropping at our destination. And again they were very professional about handling our property. We are highly satisfied with Legacy Moving company and would recommend this company to anyone. In general a great bunch to work with.

I was in a last minute pinch and physically couldn't move another thing on my own. I tried several companies and nobody had availability or even answered the phone. Legacy was responsive and was able to schedule some guys to come help me. They were professional and worked so hard. Everyone kept texting me saying "movers work by the hour so they'll move slow". These guys DID NOT move slowly, they were fast but careful with my things. They had to move everything down four flights of stairs, it was not an easy job, but they did awesome. I'd hands down use their services again if I ever decide to move.

Honestly, NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS to say about Legacy. I dealt with Travis the owner who was nothing but amazing during our transactions. I have now used Legacy Moving 3+ times and every time they wow me. I just had them move an apartment up from Las Vegas (they move Vegas if youre looking). Travis was available for any questions and made coordinating with his Vegas & St. George team easy. When we got to Saint George, his team literally rolled out the red carpet for our new house. Every screw they took apart was in a baggy and taped to the item. The movers were friendly and efficient. Shout out to Legacy Moving for being the best to work with! 15/10 recommend! Travis & his team are great!

This was my second time using Legacy moving because they made the first move so seamless! No damage to any items, crew was friendly and fast.Adam and Jake did my move today and were so great to work with. I was moving and I found out it was going to be on the 4th floor and I knew I could not get all of my things up there alone. We decided to have them help with the whole move not just the big stuff I couldn’t move. They got it all done quickly and they really took great care of all of my things. I can’t thank them enough for there help if I ever move again they will be the first people I call. I highly recommend them.

Legacy was on the ball in getting everything scheduled to head to Cali and help my client move. They helped disassemble and reassemble some of the big furniture that she had and made this super stressful move less stressful! I highly and strongly recommend them and their services! We hired Legacy Moving to move all of our heaviest things (treadmill, safe, piano, etc.) a few blocks and they were fantastic! They showed up on time, knew the best ways to pack and load these awkward item, were careful getting out of and in to both houses AND were totally pleasant to work with. Scheduling was very easy, too. I will absolutely hire Legacy Moving again and highly recommend them.

Troy and Brandon were here promptly at 9:00 am. They were very fast, careful and responsive. They worked very hard, but very quickly. We were very impressed with them. I even were kind enough to take 23 inch full size king mattress, pads, and put them in the garbage for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent Movers.
